Responsible for researching and designing new features across the HealthStream scheduling & capacity management team. Worked on features for scheduling, social connection, and messaging. Released new features across iOS, Android, smart watch, and web products.

HealthStream acquired NurseGrid in March 2020. Sole product designer responsible for NurseGrid mobile and NurseGrid Manager. Responsible for research, designing flows, wireframes, and final visual design. Closely collaborated with product and engineering.

Product Designer for NurseGrid mobile and web products. Worked on features to help nurses manage their schedules and improve connections with others in the profession. Worked closely with engineering and product to ship features for web, iOS, Android, and smart watch platforms.
Dexcom

Senior UX/UI Designer
Responsible for the full redesign of the Dexcom Clarity app on iOS & Android as well as its web counterpart. Explored ways to deliver blood glucose data to patients and clinicians through manageable & actionable insights. As part of this redesign, led the design process from ideation through to final delivery.

Designed user interfaces for the G6 mobile app, smart watch apps, Dexcom API developer portal, and several exploratory projects. Worked closely with researchers, software engineers, and human factors engineers to test designs. Produced final style guides, assets, and prototypes for delivery to development.

Focused on creating advanced design concepts for the new Dexcom G6 app beyond the scope of what the design team had bandwidth to work on. Created visual concepts and final style guides for watch, mobile and web projects. Apple watch design featured by Apple.
